Water temp on the White Clay Creek, a Delaware River was 40 degrees this morning. Flow is slightly higher than normal but very fishable. The fish are there and are tasting most offerings. This only lasts for a week or so until the stockers find there new surroundings, so get out there and give it a try. A dead drifted presentation near the bottom was the best approach and generated most of the fish today. Pattern is not as important as having the offering on the bottom.
